Paramahansa Yogananda – Path of Kriya & Divine Joy

Spiritual Teacher • Messenger of the East & West • Apostle of Inner Realization

Opening the Scroll

“Still your breath,
and the universe stills with you.
In silence, the Beloved awakens —
in joy, the soul remembers.
Union is not far,
for God is nearer than your breath,
closer than your heartbeat.”
— Paramahansa Yogananda

The Message

Paramahansa Yogananda (1893–1952) brought the teachings of yoga and meditation to the West, bridging East and West with his seminal work Autobiography of a Yogi. He taught Kriya Yoga, a path of inner realization through meditation, breath, and devotion. His presence radiated joy, simplicity, and direct communion with the Divine.

Yogananda reminds us that the Divine is not distant, but accessible through inner stillness and daily practice. He calls us to discover joy as our soul’s natural state, and to use breath and meditation as doorways to awakening. His life continues to inspire millions to seek God within, beyond the confines of religion or culture.

The Invitation

Where in your life can you create more space for stillness and meditation?
How might joy guide you back to your divine essence?
Sit with Yogananda —
and let his path lead you to inner union.

🌹May the wisdom you received today
become a light for your journey.
Blessings, always —
